Where Does the Name Linda’s lookout come from?

Climb to the top of the PRKR MTN trails and you will come to a beautiful spot called Linda's Lookout. On a clear day, you will enjoy a beautiful vista looking across the entire Northern Presidential Range from Mt. Madison to Mt. Lafayette. This spot is named after the matriarch of the Caswell family, Linda Caswell. Linda used to enjoy a nice hike to the lookout quite often. Although Linda passed away in 2016, her presence is still an inspiration for all to enjoy our trails.
